Voltage to reading formula for Zprobe?

What is the conversion formula for VIN at Z_PROBE_IN for 0 to full scale reading?
I would assume in Mode 1 that 0V = 0 and 3.3V = full scale with a linear conversion, but you know what assuming does.

It's 0 to 1023 for 0 to 3.3V, truncated to 1000 maximum. If you use the I1 parameter in the M558 command, it's the other way round.
