My PanelDue was working fine, then a spool fell off the spool holder and hit the back of it, now it only shows a white screen.

I tried erasing and reloading the firmware on it.

I have the 1.1 version on a 7 inch display.

any ideas on what to try?

As you have re-flashed the firmware, it should be displaying the "Touch the spot" screen. Does it bleep when you touch it in the right places?

I figured out the problem. It appears that when the spool hit the screen it knocked a component right off the back. looks like a capacitor or something, a raised oval with a 10,000 written on it, found that when i was working on the printer last night.
