Problem with print blowing

I have a problem with cooling the print. When I start the print file, the cooling starts immediately, and the slicer is set to only layer 3. and does not turn off after printing is complete.

@pamp Let's start with checking to see if your fans work.

Try using M106 to adjust the fan speeds and see if they match what you expect.

I ran Simplify3D and see it uses M106 S0 and M106 S255 to control the part cooling fan.

M106 S0     ; Stop the cooling fan
M106 S255   ; Run the cooling fan full-speed

Does this produce the expected results when you type them in?
