I have configured my printer (6HC) for 30% idle currect
      If I run m906, I get

      Motor current (mA) - X:2545, Y:2545, Z:1663, U:663, E:800:800:800:800, idle factor 30%

The motors are all warm to the touch after sitting for 12 hours (printer is on 24/7). Is there a command that tells me the actual current at a given time?
My other printer that is Duet based is also on 24/7 and the motors are cold to the touch in the same situation (although x/y are 1500 ma each)

Yes, I can reduce idle current further, just wonder if there is a way to determine what the actual current is.

@jens55 which firmware version are you using? I have had a report that idle detection doesn't work in one firmware version.
