So my tools won't show up I have tried my customer config to get them to show up as well as a generated config that was much simpler. The heaters show but not the tools. What am I missing?

Does the DWC version match the firmware version? Should be 3.3 for both. Perhaps get them to upload the 3.3 zip file again.

Otherwise, please have them post the results of M122 and M122 B# where # is the can address of each expansion board and M98 P"config.g" to check for any syntax errors.

Check that the firmware version for the mainboard and expansion boards match.

Adding a G4 S4 delay to the start of config.g can give the expansion boards a couple extra seconds to startup before commands referencing them are sent.

The Y.0. is strange, I would change it to Y0.0

And the M584 is doubled, I would remove one line. And according to docs, M584 should come before M669 if creating new axes. https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Gcode#Section_M584_Set_drive_mapping
