      Hello

First sorry for my cruel english

I have 2 Duet 3 6HC. The first one make its Job great.

As i want to use the second one today in noticed that my Bed started to heat when the Duet is powered on.

      It measured 22,5V on OUT_0-
V_OUT0 has 24.1 V this is what the PS delivers.

      The OUT_0 LED is off

I removed all wires instead the V_IN/GND and V_OUT0_POWER_IN
      Same Problem.

In the same way of wiring the first Duet 3 6HC works properly.

I think I have to assume that it is defective?

      thx for help

The Problem of Instand Heating the was a defective SSR.
strange is that I can measure between GND and OUT0- 22.5 volts. But this seems to be okay.
When I connect the heating bed directly to the DUET, everything works fine.

          thx people

@macpit69 ahh great. I assumed you were measuring on the bed connector...

To clarify that, the positive side has continuous power (via a fuse) and the negative side is switched to 0V / ground by a MOSFET to enable the heater, so both pins will be at or near the supply voltage with the heater output off.
