So I am building a larger format printer using Nema23 motors and TB6600 drivers using the expansion board. I am in the process of configuring and I have a question? The TB6600 drivers are set up with Microstepping but I noticed in the Config.g file there is a a line with an M350 command to configure Microstepping. I assume this is for the on board X,Y, and Z drivers. Because I am remapping to E2, E3, and E4 should I comment the M350 line out?

Correct. M350 is not applied to external drivers.
