      Hello
Is the lead screw adjustment based on this value ?, the value is as follows:
      -Leadscrew adjustments made:(-0.074,0.006,-0.002,0.027)
      -before (mean,deviation):(-0.017,0.013)
      -After (mean,deviation):(0.00,0.00)

Can you give a bit more context to your question?

@phaedrux My question is that after the bed probing firmware gives lead screw adjustment value so how does lead screw adjust based on that value {such as taking one value (-0.074) as reference and adjusting other lead screw accordingly} ??

@user-m_123 it adjusts each of them by the amount it says.

            Leadscrew adjustments made:(-0.074,0.006,-0.002,0.027)

So your first z motor will move -0.074, 2nd 0.006mm etc.

It is generally a good idea to rehome your z axis (with a single G30 at the centre, assuming that's how you home z) after doing the bed levelling, to reset the z=0 datum. Your bed is reasonably flat from the looks of things so may not give a problem, but mine has a substantial bow in the middle, so G32 moves all the z motors by -0.2mm, so I have to rehome z afterwards else I'd gouge out the middle of the bed when printing!
