      Hi all,

I've found out I need to consistently set an offset of 0.05 mm through babystepping to avoid some first layer issues. In my config, I have

      G31 P100 X0 Y0 Z-0.1

In order to make that change permanent, I would need to change the value to Z-0.05 - correct?

(Side question - I'm using a smart effector, is this change likely to cause any issues?)

      Thanks
      Volker

@vwegert is that a positive babystep? If so, then you are correct about the change.
It won't affect anything in terms of using the smart effector
