      I bought a duet 2 and duet 3 .before useing I bench tested and connected 24 v to each unit in turn from printer
      the duet 3 shows all lights and powers up screen but the duet 2 shows only the blue light and no red and green lights this causes screen not to work .if you add a usb lead to the duet 2 all lights light up and panel works .
      the fault seems that it could a bad 5 v chip can you help please .enclosed two photos duet 3 and duet 2.photo 3.jpg

        Can you get us a closer photo of U3 near the top right in your photos?

        Have you checked the blade fuses for continuity just in case?

        Also it looks like you might be missing the internal 5v jumper.

          Thanks for info I had lost the two lights due to not having a jumper fitted .the reason was I did not have a jumper fitted on the board when it arrived .since I had spare jumpers I fitted one works great
