BL Touch hangs sometimes when probing

Hi!
Running Duet3 Mini5+ with 3.4.0 and Bl Touch 3 on v-core3 400. Running fine for 3 weeks and now probe sometimes suddenly hangs for some seconds when probing. Also had some “Z Probe already triggered at start of probing move” right in the middle of Bed Leveling! Happens every 10th time or so. Any ideas? Thank you so much! -
What do you mean by "hangs for some seconds"?
As a sanity check can you please post your config.g, homeall/homez, bed.g?
Though by the sounds of it there may be a wiring problem. Either intermittent connection on the white trigger wire or interference being picked up.

At the trigger moment BL Touch interrupted a view seconds and then proceeded.
Since the behavior of the whole DWC got slower and also the "Jobs" list did not finish to load the stl files. I did a M999. Since that, no more hanging BL Touch and Interaction on DWC is back to normal!
