      Hi,

When using the Out 7 header with one of the supplied two-pin plugs, it was quite loose when I connected the plug and didn't seem to click in. When I removed the plug to take a look, I noticed the locking tab was loose and, when I looked closer and tried to connect the plug, the clip fell off.

This is going to be difficult for you to believe maybe, but this is honestly the first time I've used that header (there is a thread here explaining my adventures with using a relay!), so I've changed the code to use Out 8, but that's quite loose too, and I'm a bit reluctant to go any further in case more locking tabs break. Obviously, this means Out 7 is now out of use.

The headers I've used for the four stepper motors, proximity switches and power connectors connect quite firmly.

Should I request support from the supplier (Ooznest) or are you able to assist with this, please?

The order was placed on the 21st February 2022.

      Thank you.

EDIT: I appreciate it's a(nother!) bank holiday weekend so I'm not expecting an immediate response, but I'm wondering if this may be related to the (apparently) intermittent issue I'm having trying to get the relay to operate 😖

          Hi @phaedrux,

Thanks for your reply. I sent a message to Ooznest earlier today and they've just replied asking for a photo, too.

Should I wait for their response before I do as you ask?

Thank you to Support (and @Phaedrux) for helping me with this issue, which is now fully resolved.
