Send job to printer from prusaslicer?

I have prusaslicer set up so that I can send print jobs directly to my Prusa Mk3s (non-duet machine) with octoprint. Is it possible to do something like this using DWC and prusaslicer?

@techbutterfly its part of the physical printer settings, same place as setting up octoprint

@techbutterfly theres no API and the password is whether you've set one using M551 in config.g https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m551-set-password
