    I have had an issue with my hotends some times not changing the temperature when I change it in the web interface. When it does this all I have to do to get it working again is to switch it off and then back on. So far I have only had the issue while I am heating up my hot ends to change filament and then I need to change them temp and it will just stay at the previous temp it doesn't matter what I set it to.

    This is the firmware I am using.
    Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.4.0 (2022-03-15)
    Duet WiFi Server Version: 1.25

      Is your DWC version also 3.4?

          Can you describe the problem again?

          Is it the display that doesn't update or is it that the temperature change command hasn't registered?

            As far as I can tell the temp isnt changing. The next time it happens I will set it to zero and wait a while to see if it is dropping and not showing or the temp is staying.

              It sounds almost like the tool isn't selected at the time. The temp is set, but hasn't been activated.

                @phaedrux

                Is there a command I can type when the temp isn't changing to see what the duet thinks it is told? That way I can find out if it is the duet or if the web interface is causing me the issue?

                  Can you take a screen shot of the web interface when this is happening?

                  Do you have T0 at the end of your config.g to select the first tool at startup?

                    @phaedrux

                    I Just added the T0 and the next time I have this issue I will take a screen shot.

                      I think that will likely solve the problem most of the time.

                      Otherwise to select a tool, you must click on it's name in DWC, or manually send T0 to activate it before any temps will take effect.
