So much for using the </> tag.

From the DWC console have you executed a M98 P"config.g" to see if any errors are reported.

If an error occurs in the file before the configuration of the BLTouch the processing of the file may be aborted and the BLTouch never configured.

What do your M280 commands look like.

        sorry about the </> tag

we put in the M98 P into our console and the file wasn't found. So it may be that the file hasn't configured yet or some error in it?

        ; deployprobe.g
; called to deploy a physical Z probe
        M280 P0 S10 ; deploy BLTouch

Yes we input the code into the DWC on our printer and it said that the file was not found.

We just found that it said the M950 was not supported, if that means anything?

Sounds like you are using a v2 firmware. M950 appeared in v3.

Given the significant advances made with v3 I would suggest you update to the current 3.4.1 BUT if you decide to read about first. There are a couple of steps needed to go from v2.x.x to v3.4.1

spoke to soon, now the probe is deploying before we can home it.

We put M98 P into the Config.g DWC and it said that M305 has been replaced by M308 and M950.

There were a number of changes that v3 required, which is why I suggested you read about it first.

Make sure to update the configuration and macro files to those compatible with RepRapFirmware 3.4.1

The instructions can be found on the modix support site, and you can download them here
