      Hello Everyone,

I have been working to install my Creality BLtouch on to my newly upgraded replicator 2x + Duet 2 Wifi. I have been following a couple of threads and blogs of people who have completed it as well as the official Duet documentation. So far it looks like its wired correctly and powers up, however i am struggling to get it to test deploy.

Would some one mind looking over my config.g for any errors or obvious noob mistakes?
Any and all help would be appreciated.

        @daniel-armstrong

I'm assuming you are using RRF 3.x. It looks like you have some RRF 2.x code in your config.g. See https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Connecting_hardware/Z_probe_connecting#software-setup

You haven't defined the probe servo pin with M950:

        ;Touch Probe
        M558 P9 C"^zprobe.in" H5 F100 T2000 ; BLTouch Probe
G31 P50 X43.07 Y4.68 Z1.5 ; Set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height - Increase Z value to move bed closer to nozzle

        So add
        M950 S0 C"exp.heater3" ; define probe servo pin

        You don't need this line:

; Disabled heater to free up PWM pin For BLTouch
        M307 H3 A-1 C-1 D-1

Your probe commands should reference the probe servo pin, not the pin directly (that's RRF 2.x)

        deployprobe.g
        ; BLTouch probe deploy
        M280 P3 S10

        retractprobe.g
        ; BLTouch probe retract
        M280 P3 S90

        So above should be M280 P0 S10 and M280 P0 S90

          droftarts,
Thanks so much for the help, the probe is now deploying and retracting on command.
