PANEL NOT RUNNING

I have bought an LCD panel but not running when connected to Duet nor with Usb to Pc. I think is brocken . Try to update the firmware but nothing happen.

What type of PanelDue is it? Size? Version?
When and where did you purchase it?
Does the backlight come on?
Did you follow these steps to update the firmware?

@phaedrux Hello. PanelDue 7i . Bought from FilaFarm Germany end of June 2022 . The backlight do not come on. Yes update the firmware double check but nothing change.
SERIAL er-tftm070a1-4 v2.02.

Does it show up as a USB device on the PC and seem to take the firmware flash?
