      Would it be possible to create an event / shutdown when the heatsink fan is not running?
      My fingers are dyslexic and eyes short . Fan is practically silent (wish I could say the same about my wife ).
      This would save a lot of jiggery - pokery.

        You'd need a heatsink fan with RPM monitoring to be able to tell when it's not running. Once you have that reported, you can use conditional gcode and daemon.g to take an action if the rpm drops during a print.

              @nicaris RRF does support reading the tachos on 3-wire fans provided they are switched fully on or off only, and on 4-wire fans.
