      Hey there

I've seen a couple of posts mentioning about upgrading a Creatbot D600 pro to a duet board to improve the machine and I'm very keen to do it.

If I was to buy a Duet 3 Mainboard 6HC and Paneldue is there anything else I would need?

Then would I just follow this document to adapt for the D600? https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Going_from_Marlin_on_Arduino_to_RepRapFirmware_on_Duet

Any help or advice is very appreciate

      Thanks
      Beau

Yes that guide would be a good start. You'd need to determine if the hardware included with the D600 is normal generic parts or if there is something proprietary or exotic. Is the Z probe able to interface with the Duet, are the heater cartridges standard, are the thermistors unique in some way, etc.
