Only by adding a Duex 5 expansion board https://docs.duet3d.com/Duet3D_hardware/Duet_2_family/Duet_2_WiFi_Ethernet_Hardware_Overview

Yes if your relay or mosfet switch has an opto isolated input and will switch with just 3.3V across the input. Connect the + side of the input to +3.3V and the - side of the input to E2_HEAT on the expansion bus.
