Unable to login to duet shop, password reset does not work.

Hi all,
I'm trying to login to the duet shop to purchase a duet3 6hc. It won't allow me to login, and says incorrect user/password. Obviously I have an account, seeing as I am posting here, and my password is in a password manager, so I'm not mistyping it. The reset password button doesn't seem to be working for me either. Any ideas? The duet3 6hc is sold out everywhere else I look, and I would rather just buy it directly from duet3d.

@Surgikill we are reworking the backend of the shop right now, and the user database for that is separate from the forum. For customers ordering in bulk we can take POs by email, otherwise we recommend purchasing from one of our genuine resellers:

@T3P3Tony None of the resellers in the USA have the 6HC in stock, nevermind there is about a 20 dollar markup through them.

@Surgikill yes, all our resellers (and us) are out of stock of 6HCs right now but we had some in this week and some of those are on the way to our resellers. so I hope they will have some next week. We will continue receiving stock from this latest run over the next few weeks and get them out to more sellers, including those in the UK and Europe.

do i need to create different account ?

i wanted to buy from the duet site as i see the never ver. of the 6hc board is in stock there. Local retailer has only older versions . -

Yes, how can i login when I cannot create an account? I want to order directly from you, cause you have enough stock of the 6HC where almost non of the resellers does.
