Simplify3D v5 not turning on part cooling fan

S3D 4.1.2 has no issues turning on the part cooling fan at layer 3 (PLA), but S3D v5 will not. The fan stays at 0%, and I have to manually set it. S3D v5 is adding a "P0" whereas v4 is not. Is the gcode the issue, or is it something in the config that needs to be adjusted to account for this?

I encountered this same issue as well. I re-ordered my fans in my printer's config.g so that fan 0 was the part fan.

Alternately, there's a drop down in S3D so you can select the appropriate fan number:

I wish there were an option for the old behavior, though...
