      Hi, I am looking for help with the duet3 mini 5+. The unit will not boot it appears to have an issue. I have worked through the troubleshooting steps from the duet documentation. The 3.3 volt led does not light up and i get no activity from the status led.         From the testing steps I am unable to see green 3.3V LED or status led light up/ This is a new board and I am using the SD card that came with it. I have also loaded a separate SD card with Version 3.4.5. I am unable to get it to connect via Bossa or Yat as the com port does not show up. I have a Duet 3 Mainboard 6HC, and a Duet 2 wifi that connect via USB without issue.

        Please let me know what I should try or do for next steps.

            @Herve_Smith Thank you for the info I have ran through your recommendations and got no connectivity. In my testing I just got the 5 volt red light to come on nothing else. I did try 5 of my cables and the one that came with the board also. I did connect my duet 2 wifi and it connects just fine to the PC.

              @DC42 and @T3P3TONY admin team could you please provide me with instruction on what I need to do to troubleshoot/warranty this board please. The team at filastruder instructed me to post here for this process.

                @rickgomez2003 the 3.3V LED should be lighting up when the 5V LED is lit so there is definitely an issue.

                Please can you email warranty@duet3d.com, referencing this thread, and they will ask ou to complete a form to kick off the warranty replacement process.
