Lockout System Files

I know you can create a PW for DWC but how about locking out the actual config files or system files themselves? Is there anyway of doing this?

@adhanabal @tstarkengineering I guess we could add a password for accessing the System tab of DWC or for accessing files in /sys via the user interface. It would only be useful to deter casual users, because the password (or a hash of it) would need to be stored in config.g, and users with reasonable knowledge could likely find a way to read config.g.
