Faulty driver on mini 5 wifi

When starting up my Voron 0.1 with Duet 3 Mini 5 boards, a defect occurred. Two of the stepper motor drivers (XY) started to malfunction after a few minutes, the connected motors only ran in one direction, accompanied by loud vibrations. An error in the mechanics and the cabling can be ruled out, since operation with another controller (also Duet 3 Mini 5) and the same config.g was possible without errors. I wanted to ask the seller (Filafarm) for a replacement and was told that I first had to describe the problem here in the forum. I would therefore be grateful for feedback or a corresponding message to Filafarm.

Can you share your config.g and the results of M122 after the error?
What error exactly are you getting?
Do you see any damage near the drivers in question?
When and where did you purchase the board? -
@Phaedrux Please find attached the config.g, the result of the M122 and a photo which indeed shows some damage on and around driver 0 and 1.
As described, the connected motors suddenly ran in only on direction and then, after emergency stop and reset, stopped moving at all.
I purchased the board from Filafarm.de on the 25.11.2022. Thank you for your help. -
