      Quick question regarding Z-probe offset, given the position in the image.
      It sits infront, to the left of the nozzle -- would that positive or negative XY numbers?

        That would be negative values.

        DDA5X... 0.9° Stepper... Linearrails... Duet 2 Wifi... PT100 Board... Duet IR-Probe... Dyze Pro Kit up to 500°C.. etc

            It's assumed that your printer will be using a right handed coordinate system because that's what CAD and slicing software uses.

            +X to the right, - X to the left, +Y to the back, -Y to the front.
