No extrusion only during printing.
-
I have some issues with my extruder. The stepper motor doesn't push the filament enough to be extruded when printing. I used extrusion control in the Duet web control panel and when I commanded to extrude is there the stepper motor extruded filament just fine.
Also, the old g code file that used to have no extrusion problem is also now having an extrusion issue.

@uami Can you tell us a bit more about this machine? Especially the extruder which requires 15360 steps per mm @ 16x and such low acceleration and instantaneous speed change values.
-
@uami That's a pretty extreme setup you have:
15360 steps/mm for the extruder but only 1100mA. It seems to be a highly geared small stepper?
Above all that, a nozzle with ~0.1mm diameter (0.15 extrusion width)I guess you've checked already if all these parameters are correct.
Maybe you have some settings or startup-code in your slicer that messes them up?The only F-parameter I see in the gcode snippet is F900 = 15mm/s
Maybe that's too fast for the extruder?
