      hello,

      I've read through https://www.duet3d.com/wiki/Configuring_multiple_independent_X-carriages_on_a_Cartesian_printer
and have perhaps too basic question…. on how do I actually include the tfreeXX.g, tpreXX.g, and tpostXX.g inside S3D tool change script?

      do I keep the {IF NEWTOOL=0} and {IF NEWTOOL=1} in there?

      thanks,
      Stephen

You don't. Those files live on the SD card in the Duet and are called by the firmware automatically when you do a tool change.

Yes. Unless you use the P parameter on the T command to select which ones you do/don't want to run.

This is beautiful David! Very nice feature to round out the functionality of your boards.

Thanks; but it was Adrian Bowyer who designed that feature and did the initial implementation, not me.
