      I am getting a "Connection interrupted, attempting to reconnect...
      HTTP request timed out" on some files I try to print. current file that is giving me issue is 704.6 kb
      Ran file from same software 14.3 mb file loads and prints great still does but try to load new file and times out.
      I have power cycled and re boot everything .

      Files are generated by Simplify3D vers. 4.1.2 also tried 5.1.1

      I am running ;
      Board: Duet 2 WiFi (2WiFi)
      Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.3 (2021-06-15)

        Please try copying the contents of your SD card to a new fresh card and see if that solves the problem.

          @Phaedrux I don't have a spare SD card. Do you recommend a particular brand, size and / or quality SD card to buy?

            A Samsung or SanDisk brand up to 64GB.

            Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Samsung-microSD-Class-Memory-Adapter/dp/B09FFFSH25/ref=sr_1_16?crid=12DKJH5ZLJYCS&keywords=samsung+sd+card&qid=1690476037&sprefix=samsung+sd+car%2Caps%2C122&sr=8-16

                Can you please try updating our firmware by uploading this zip file to your system tab in DWC?

                  @Phaedrux
                  I downloaded files into DWC. It asks to install. I click yes, it starts to install then loses connection. My Wi-Fi antenna is only about 8' away if that matters.
                  Is there a way to connect Ethernet cable to Duet2 Wi-fi board to eliminate that Wi-Fi signal as issue? Can I use laptop and USB cable to update firmware?

                    No.

                    Yes, there are a few ways.

                    https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/RepRapFirmware/Updating_firmware

                    First, though, can you connect to the wifi after a power cycle now?

                    If not, can you connect via USB and use YAT to send some commands to get the status of the board? Send M122 and copy and paste the results here. That will let us know if the firmware installed or not.

                    The next thing to try would be to test the wifi module in access point mode where it creates a network and you connect your computer to that network, bypassing your own wifi router. It the connection works well that way we know the issue is with the wifi router or the module itself.
