      Hello everyone

      When tuning PID Sensors for a hotend in 3.4.6;

      Will it be problematic if I do not have a cooler/fan setup for my setup during the PID tuning?

      I feel like it is taking forever.

      It seems like my config-override.g is not being read either.

      2 Heater hotend:
      M307 H1 A340.0 C140.0 D5.5 S1.00 V0.0 B0
      M307 H2 A340.0 C140.0 D5.5 S1.00 V0.0 B0

      3 Heater hotend:
      M307 H1 A940 C810 D22 S1.0 B0
      M307 H2 A940 C810 D22 S1.0 B0
      M307 H3 A795 C920 D10 S1.0 B0

      These values I have from the manufacturer of the hotends

        Heater 1 from the 3 heater hotend returned with some new values:

        I think the dead time seems crazy - however this is a quite big hotend and big long cables.

        M307 H1
        Heater 1: heating rate 0.740, cooling rate 0.088, dead time 49.43, max PWM 1.00, mode PID
        Predicted max temperature rise 482°C
        PID parameters: heating P4.9 I0.020 D168.9, steady P4.9 I0.039 D168.9

          I have replied to your other thread. Let's maybe keep it there where more of the relevant info is contained.
