      Has anyone used an inductive bed leveling sensor with a Buildtak magnetic flex build plate? I wounder if the magnetic base will disrupt the inductive field?
      I am look for a bed leveling sensor for high temp enclosure max temp around 90C.
      Historically I have been printing on glass, but am open to change to be able to use a bed leveling sensor. Thanks in advance.

        @CarlBosson a magnetic base should not disrupt the field, however the sensitivity is likely to be different compared to an aluminium plate.

          @CarlBosson

          I use inductive sensors with BuildTak without any problems BUT I do avoid cheap Chinese units.

          This is where I get mine:

          AutomationDirect

          Pay close attention to the specs. Generally speaking the higher the switching frequency the better.
