      Hello
      I bought a new 3d printer containing panel due v3.0, the LCD is not responding at all, nothing to show on the display even no back light.
      all the voltages are right 5v and 3.3v
      when connected to the PC it shows "bossa program"

      what is the problem and how can I solve it?

        @astra Sounds like this display has no firmware running on this. See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/RepRapFirmware/Updating_PanelDue and especially the "update via USB" section to flash the firmware.
