    Hi, I want to buy an accelerometer for Voron & V6 hotend & Afterburner & Duet 6HC v1.01a.

    Which one do you suggest? Actually all are seem a bit similar to each other, but I am worrying about how I will mount it to the afterburner.

    I can directly mount accelerometer to Duet 6HC v1.01a, isn't it?

    Thank you

      @aytact See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Connecting_hardware/Sensors_Accelerometer

      Yes, you can directly connect an accelerometer to a 6HC. It needs to be of a type listed here, and support depends on the firmware version you are using: https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Connecting_hardware/Sensors_Accelerometer#supported-hardware

      3rd party boards (ie not Duet3D boards) come in a variety of shapes and sizes. I'm pretty sure there are some community mods fit them to Afterburner.

        @aytact, I am using the Duet accelerometer with a 3D printed adapter. Easy to install and remove without changing the baby step setting.
