I'm trying to set up my new DUET3-MAIN-6XD (REV 1.01). When I connect the board to my computer over USB, none of the LEDs turn on, and I can't establish a connection. However, everything seems to work fine if I connect the board to 24V. According to the setup guide, powering the DUET3-MAIN-6XD other than through USB should not be necessary to establish a connection and run Duet Web Control.

Try a different USB cable and port or even a different computer.

I did try different cables. All my other devices, Arduinos and ESP32s, work fine. Also, when I supply 24V power to the board, communication works fine through the same cable and with the same computer.

Do you have anything else connected to the board when connecting by USB?

Do you have a jumper on the 5v selector?

Nothing else is connected to the board, and yes, there is a jumper on the 5V selector.

              what position is it in?

When and where did you purchase the 6XD?

                5V_INT factory default.

I bought it from SPOOL3D.ca and received it on April 16th, 2024.
