    Hello to all the forum team.

    I've just bought my equipment, and everything is perfect apart from the screen...
    The very first time I plugged it in, the screen worked (powered by Micro USB, with no other connections on the pins).
    On second start-up, my screen was white.
    I did the update, which went well, but still nothing.
    When the motherboard is powered up, the touch calibration is displayed (and works) but after 1 or 2 seconds the screen turns completely white again, and flickers from light to dark white.

    Is this a problem with my power supply?

    If I plug in my 24V power supply, will the problem be solved?

    (I prefer to take all my promotions before starting the big connections).

    Thanks in advance for your comments!

      Can you share a video of what you're seeing it do?

      What screen is it exactly? When and where did you purchase it?

      What update did you do exactly?

        Is that with or without the screen also powered by its USB connector?

          @Phaedrux

          So, after switching it on to show you the fault, the screen started working perfectly!

          The 24V power supply also works, so everything's fine.

          Thank you for your great responsiveness 😉
