      Bought the effector 2-3 weeks ago and I can't get any reaction from the effector, not light flashes.

      Only getting 0.6V from the pad 3v3 to gnd.

      Anything we can do about it?

      I bought a second one and that one is fine, really nice probe feature and love the led lighting the print, nice upgrade from the standard anycubic predator effector I was using.
