Att. Tim from Filastruder. Connection issue
-
Dear Tim, I am running with an issue with my Duet 2 Wifi board. I am able to get Duet to give me a wifi when I connect it to my PC via USB and use YAT. I can connect to the wifi and see the dashboard. I loaded the config file, but I was never prompted to restart. If I disconnect the USB cable and reconnect it and open YAT and send the M552S2 query, I get the answer "ok<LF>WiFi module started<LF>WiFi module is providing access point BioPrint, IP address 10.10.10.10<LF>". And I can connect to the wifi. But when I disconnect the USB cable and then turn on the printer. The lights on the board turn on, including the wifi light, but I do not see the network I saw before. It is like it looses the network configuration when it starts from the power source. Sounds crazy no? Any clue?

You don't have to attention me, lots of qualified staff here to help.
As mentioned in the guide to asking for help, sharing your config.g would be helpful. As would sharing what command(s) you are issuing after this:
when I disconnect the USB cable and then turn on the printer.

@ivanjosan Did you add the required code to config.g to enable networking at startup? See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/How_to_guides/Getting_connected/Getting_connected_to_your_Duet#h-7-ensure-future-connectivity
