    Hi! I have configured/set-up about 10 different Duet2wifi boards in the last year or so and occasionally I get a board that when I try to set up a network name and password using the M589 command, I type the line and hit enter and nothing happens, no error, no OK message. I then have to retype it numerous times until it just finally works. Because I am running through the same process on each board and this only happens from time to time I am not sure what the issue is or how to resolve it. Has anyone else run into this issue?

    Thanks!

      @Rachelle how are you sending the command? Via USB from a serial terminal on a PC? YAT on Windows or something else?

      I find this happens on macOS using SerialTools, because it sends a character as you type it, and if you navigate away or make a mistake and delete, it messes up the stream of characters. I tend to use ‘Line mode’ in CoolTerm, which sends a composed line all at once, like YAT.

        @droftarts I am sending it via USB from SerialTools on MacOS, so that definitely makes sense! I hadn't thought of that.
        Thank you!

          @Rachelle Try CoolTerm: https://freeware.the-meiers.org/
          I think it's better than SerialTools, it's just not on the Apple App store.
