      Hi, when my filament is being changed I have G4 P4000 whilwle waiting for MMU to move.
      I have noticed that there is an issue with layer heigth which I found out it has changed due to filament change sequence force on gantry as XZ motors are off during this pause.
      How to keep XZ under power during the G4?

        @aceranic can you post your full config and firmware version?

        Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

            @aceranic is it M84 S2 causing this?

              @aceranic said in Steppers off during G4:

              M906 X1600 Y1600 Z1200 E1200 I0 ; set motor currents (mA) and motor idle factor in per cent
              M84 S2 ; Set idle timeout

              this is your problem

              Set I in M906 to 30 and M84 S to 30 too.
              At the moment your steppers will unhome after 2 seconds
