Bed Leveling Daedalus/Railcore Printer -from Project R3D

I'm trying to sort out issues leveling the best on a daedalus 3d printer from Project R3d. From what I can tell it is mostly a RTP Railcore. It is a printer I inherited at work. It runs on a Duet3 board. Post is short because longer was not allowed by the forum.

The current heightmap shows a range from -2.989 to +2.080 mm. I've moved the print nozzle to the 4 corners as a test, and the deviation I find is only about 0.3 to 0.4 mm. I have ran G32 multiple times and the results never really get better, just different.

Can you post an image of your heightmap and the bed.g and config.g files so we can see what it's actually doing?

This unit came with a Ez-abl inductive bed sensor. Originally it was probing the bed on a 9 point grid. I changed that to 16 in hopes that it would be better. I was trying to avoid the magnets a bit more. This 16 point grid is what is currently active, but the 9 point grid is commented out in config.g.Here is a screen shot of the bed level -
The front left is 2.080, the rear right is -2.989Comment: I manually moved the bed to check height at all 4 corners. The difference was about 0.3 to 0.5mm, not 5 mm. Regardless of how many times I run the G32, the values virtually never changes.
