Got slightly carried away with my Prusa upgrade…
Original plan was JUST to replace the Y carriage with V-slot as I was unhappy with the 3 bearing carriage...
Then I decided to upgrade the X axis while I was at it...
It evolved into this before it made anywhere near the old frame.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-9zJdgDchXq9YLzAys-K7I9OlyfDJ-ikGg/view?usp=sharing
Early impressions, great quality, silent mechanical motion. Very happy so far.

Looks good. I'm a huge fan of V slot\Delrin wheels and many people have commented how quite my machine is so I can understand why you would be happy.

Looks lovely; needs a sign that says 'Prusa' because otherwise nobody would ever know… Is the lack of orange deliberate?
The X drive looks interesting, is the idea that its Stepper couterbalances the weight of the extruder on the rail?
-
Looks nice, why mount the extruder 90 degrees to the carriage when it can be mounted using the motor bolts saving all that bracket from having to be there.
-
Your Y axis belt is not parallel to itself. This will cause the belt to become tighter as you move towards the Y min/max. Worst case scenario this will cause missed steps, but best case is that it still causes ringing and banding in the print

Partly - It also saves space as the side

Well spotted, I've now got a spacer to "level" the belt on the Y axis

Thanks, I've used a mount so I can swap extruders by unscrewing two bolts. I suppose I could still do this with a flat mount to save plastic. But it does extend further from the mount in this direction [I'm currently using a standard NEMA17 motor] (Not that this really matters as I've got spare room on my Y axis atm)
I was going to add a Piezo sensor between the mount and the v-slot plate, but I've not got round to that mod yet
Oh and BTW I'm currently making a remix of you mini delta…

Please do as far as I know its the only one of its species, several people have said they are making one but no one has yet documented it.
I was thinking with your carriage you could almost make the part projecting out perpendicular to the x carriage into a hinge with the piezo mounted at the top of the hinge.
