I would like to run the extruder motor without a heater hooked up (I do have a thermistor plugged in) through DWC "extruder control", through the command line and ultimately a "dry run" g-code program but I get an error "heater temp not high enough or heater fault". How do I override this failsafe? thanks

        Use M302 - https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Gcode#Section_M302_Allow_cold_extrudes
