I want test this external thermocouple board with DuetEthernet 1.21 for another purposes, the question is how?

I am having problems of short-circuit with MAX31856 and with the old marlin firmware in 2560mega arduino ramp i don't have problems with this external thermocouple.

Please, how i can connect this external thermocouple board in the Duet and check if work well?
      Thanks!

Analog thermocouple boards are not supported by RepRapFirmware.

Is the MAX31856 board you referred to the Duet thermocouple daughter board, or something else?

Please explain what you mean by "short circuit between negative and ground". Bear in mind that for any thermocouple interface board, the thermocouple must be isolated from the hot end metalwork. So the cheap unencapsulated welded tip thermocouples are no good for use on 3D printers. E3D sells isolated cartridge-style ones.
