My develop machine have only 1 extruder,
This extruder is controlled for a external temperature/heater controller.
The duet3d not read the temperature so, show 2000º.
      The question is:
How configure the board but than permitme move the extruder?
Actually like read 2000º give me error

do you want to disable temperature reading at all

OR you want to print even if it shows 2000 deg ?

In your M563 tool definition commands, don't declare any heaters (no H parameter).
