      Hi,

      I'm wrong, and install a 12v, when I'm using it at 24v. Then try Tuning the Nozzle Heating … and give me and error .... Normal

      After this I have changed the heater cartridge for a 24v .... but, when I try to adjust it, with M303, I can not get it, since it seems, it is set for one of 12v, and does not let it adjust for one of 24 ...

      So I thought:
      A- Set some standard values for the Nozzle heater cartridge
      B- Do an autotuning .....

      At this point I get 2 problems:
      1- I do not know what normal values are for the M307 command ... and where they are saved in config.g
      2- I do not see any M307 command in my config.g, I only see one M301 command that refers to the hot bed.

      I need instructions to proceed to perform the adjustment of the Nozzle heating cartridge.

        i have try to tunning nozzle heater, with a low temperature, for start point… but i cant

          Something isn't right. You asked for a peak temperature of 100C but it overshot to 173C which suggests an overpowered heater (e.g. 12V cartridge running on 24V). But the G=80 figure suggests the exact opposite.

          Which firmware version are you using?

          I suggest you try running M303 again, but this time try S200 and P0.5.

          After a successful heater tuning, you can save the corresponding M307 command to config-override.g by sending M500.

            Hi,

            i am using 1.21Rc3….

            There is some form of check if heater cartdrige is 12v or 24v?

            Maybe a termistor malfuntion....? to much presure in fixing screw to heater block?

              To check whether a heater cartridge is 12V or 24V, measure its resistance. See step 9 at https://e3d-online.dozuki.com/Guide/V6+Assembly/6?lang=en.

                Hi…

                solved....

                the screw that holds the thermistor to the hot block, it was very tight .... when loosening it, it has started to work well ...
