Duet Web Control Manual updated

I have updated the DWC manual to reflect all the recent changes and additions that @chrishamm has made:

It is written for 1.21.2-b2 and I will tweak it slightly once the non beta version is released.

The manual is designed to cover DWC, rather than every detail of using RepRapFirmware. I would appreciate some feedback: what have I missed out, not explained well, typoed, etc.

@t3p3tony I spotted one little inconsistency: the image of "Machine Status" right above the section "Probing the bed" shows CPU temp instead of Vin whereas all other screenshots of this part I have seen i the manual show Vin.

P.S.: Also the (IMO very handy) new feature to change the values how much a movement button will move an axis is not mentioned.
