I have move carriges of towers by hand with no opposition (With power on)... Endstops, seems to be working, when i close the carriages to endstops, light turn off, and appears the status of "Endstops Hit" in DWC as YES

Did you remember to send G91 to switch to relative mode before you sent the G1 S2 X10 and similar commands to test the motors?

Suggestions:

Send M906 without parameters and confirm in the response that the motor currents have been set.
Send M584 without parameters and check that the motor mapping is standard (X0, Y1, Z2).
Send M122. In the report, check that the VIN voltage reads correctly and the stepper motor statuses are OK.
Send M92 and check that the steps/mm reads back correctly.

Which revision Duet do you have?

A- Multimeter in voltage mode
B- Measure voltage beteewn PINs (i dont know beteewn what pins)

Your outputs and M122 report all look OK, so I don't understand why it isn't working. Your WiFi firmware is a little old, but that won't affect the motors.

Are you able to measure the voltage between the ENN pin of the expansion connector and ground? It should be +3.3V with just USB power provided, and fall to 0V shortly after VIN power is applied.

Those are the correct pins to check. With USB power only supplied, you should get 3.3V between them. When you apply VIN power, it should drop to 0V.

1- With Usb only power..... V=1.72
2- If i power on..... V=2.92
3- If i power off.... Voltage drops slow until 1.72

Those figures are not right. I think we need to exchange your Duet and examine it to see what is wrong.

Hi @peirof, I've just experienced a very similar fault on one of my bench test systems. So I suspect a firmware issue. I am investigating it now.
