      Hello

I apologize for the post I know this has already been discussed on this forum.

I plan on my Maestro board to test several industrial sensors like the Z probe (optical, laser etc). Which use 24V on the output, the board will also be operated on 24V.

Question What is the safest connection for the board with Z probeIN pin with 1N4148 Diode? Voltage divider? Optocoupler?

      Thanks for your opinion! 0_1537817753664_Voltage.png

        Hello,

        From https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/The_Duet_family_of_motion_control_electronics

        "5 on-board (STP pins are 30V-tolerant)"

Please confirm it with a more reliable source than me as I could not find this information anywhere else in the documentation but all endstops inputs should be 30V tolerant with Maestro.
