Fault with paneldue

hi I bought a panel due last month and it was working upto today where it froze as i restarted the printer it just goes to white screen, any help or may i be able to return it for another one and if so how do i go about doing that please

sorry i so impressed with the product i nearly cried and didn't read much in the forum i think i erased my firmware on the panel, as i have seen in another post as i put a surround on my enclosure and i must of not made enough clearance for the button so it must of pressed the erase button how do i put firmware on it is there any documentation
