Which diode on the schematic are you referring to?

Most or all of those are LEDs. Any LED of the correct colour in an 0603 package should work. For the red ones we use Kingbright KP-1608SURCK.

i have been trying to integrate GPU for display integration, meanwhile as i was going through the schematics above diodes were just having package info but not any part no, this made me think what would have been its specs i.e voltage regulations and watt rating to keep board from burning.

You can tell from the schematic which diodes are LEDs.

Those are 1A fast rectifier diodes in DO219AB package. For example, Vishay ES07B or ES07D.

and also unable to figure out erase and reset component (s1, jp1), as per the schematic they seem to be different speculated components but on the board they seem to be same can you also help me with that. thanks in advance

@nikhil-8333 Just curious as to why you want to know the part numbers and specifications of all the components on the Duet board. Are you perhaps intending to make and sell copies of these boards by any chance?

no, I am trying to integrate a GPU on the same board as a single PCB where i need to understand all the components so that i can design further addition and to prototype the result, I promise to put up a fork in git hub with all the mods.

L1 is BRL3225T1R0M. Erase used to be a push button like the Reset button, but too many users were pressing it by mistake. So on later Duets we replaced it by a 2-pin jumper block.
